About Los PatiosThe site of Los Patios was once inhabited by nomadic Indians drawn to the shade and water of Salado Creek. In 1968, Los Patios as we now know it was founded by geologist and naturalist John Spice. Los Patios was designed to be an oasis for visitors and native San Antonians alike. Only minutes from downtown and the San Antonio International Airport, our secluded and heavily wooded twenty acre campus is a model of preservation in an otherwise busy, developed city.In addition to dining and shopping, Los Patios hosts hundreds of private events annually. We are closed three days each year: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day. All other days find us busy offering hospitality to diners, shoppers, party-goers and nature lovers. We are located at 2015 Northeast Loop 410, at Loop 410 and Starcrest. Los Patios opens for lunch at 11: 30 a.m. to 2: 30 p.m., Monday-Saturday with a special Sunday buffet/brunch from 11-2: 30. Our shops are independently owned and operated, with varying hours, but are usually open during lunch hours. Our adminstrative offices are open 9-5 Mon.-Fri. For reservations or information, call 655.6171. Whether you come to shop, dine, or stroll the grounds, we hope you find your visit to Los Patios refreshing and relaxing.
