Brookville is a city in Saline County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 262. The population was higher in the turn of the 20th century and the city featured the Brookville Hotel. It is part of the Salina Micropolitan Statistical Area.
Brookville is located at 38°46′24″N 97°52′5″W / 38.77333°N 97.86806°W / 38.77333; -97.86806 (38.773464, -97.868015). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.5 km²), all of it land.
