Crittenden is a city in Grant County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 2,401 at the 2000 census. It was named for Kentucky statesman John J. Crittenden and is the home of Survivor contestant Rodger Bingham

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.3 square miles (5.9 km²), all of it land.
