Dubach is a town in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 800 at the 2000 census. Dubach High School, located centrally in the town, is noted for fielding good athletic teams in basketball and often defeats teams from much larger towns and cities. Dubach is also known as the "Dogtrot Capital of the World" because of the presence of numerous nearby dogtrot houses.
Dubach is part of the Ruston Micropolitan Statistical Area.
Dubach also had a semiprofessional baseball team, part of the North Louisiana "Big 8", during the 1940s and 1950s. Despite its small size, the team had no trouble recruiting players.
