Rolla (pronunciation: /rɒlə/ rol-ə) is a city in Rolette County, North Dakota in the United States. It is the county seat of Rolette County. The population was 1,280 at the 2010 census. Rolla was founded in 1888 and has a small park and a small outdoor pool.
