Rogers is a town in Bell County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,117 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Killeen–Temple–Fort Hood Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is also known as the "Speed Trap Capital of the United States."
Rogers is located at 30°55′57″N 97°13′43″W / 30.9325°N 97.22861°W / 30.9325; -97.22861 (30.932391, -97.228729).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.8 square miles (2.0 km²), all of it land.
