Owen is a city in Clark County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 936 at the 2000 census, but was 982 as of 2008. Owen is located directly east of the village of Withee, which is about half the size of Owen.
Owen was founded by a lumberman named John S. Owen, in the late 19th century.
