Yoga, personal training, shiatsu to balance your life I live for sports. Since settling in Vienna 20 years ago, I try to inspire others with my enthusiasm for varied physical exercise. Before coming to Vienna, I used to live in London where I studied art and worked as a chef in various restaurants. Balanced and healthy nutrition has been important for me for a long time. In Vienna I completed training for aerobics and personal fitness training, and I am a certified Shiatsu practitioner. My last step has been to become a yoga teacher.
