Welcome to Yachiyo Japanese Bistro, a modern Japanese establishment located in the heart of Darlinghurst. We are a casual neighbourhood restaurant. Our food was dreamed up by Chef Mitsuhiro Yashio to awaken the senses and nourish the soul. The menu is presented by cooking method - Raw, Seared, Grilled, Fried, Sizzling - plus stews, noodles and rice dishes. Most items are served family style and are meant to be shared and enjoyed in our intimate and seductive surrounds.
