Darwin Distilling Co

Darwin Distilling Co is a Northern Territory distillery founded in January 2020 by Rebecca Bullen, a passionate entrepreneur and a botanical lover. Bec regularly goes out foraging to harvest uniquely territorian botanicals as well as working with various communities to bring local but exotic flavour to our spirits. Our first release was the Darwin Signature Gin with the crocodile on its label, as when we out foraging we did come across a few! Beyond her passion for distilled beverages, Bec has opened a wonderful venue called Charlies of Darwin where the distillery is co located. Offering such distilled spirits such as paperbark martini or Darwin citron vodka - just some of own house made spirits as well as over 100 gins from around the world. This is where we also hold our blend your own gin making classes.
