Our latest menu has been created with an emphasis on the very best of the seasonal produce available here in the Northern Territory and from our neighbouring states. Our menu has evolved from its original, classical roots to a local approach. Where in the past we looked at international ingredients, today we celebrate what is on our door step, choosing indigenous ingredients sourced from sustainable businesses with direct Larrakia connections, supporting the Larrakia lands that we work, live and play. Our meat and seafood is local where available and we liaise directly with our partners to inspire a simple yet delicious menu produced with care, dictated by the seven seasons of Larrakia.
