Assembly Bar has been serving incredible signature cocktails, like the Vogue (Lychee Martini with Fresh Apple Juice) or the El Pasaporte (Gold Rum, Cherry Liqueur, Passionfruit and Lime), for over 5 years and it recently added Assembly Restaurant - a modern, casual, a la carte restaurant, with beautiful woodfired Naples style Pizza (think Truffle Cream, Proscuitto di Parma, Mozarella, Rocket and Parmesan on the Tartufata Pizza), fresh Pasta's such as the Crab & Squid Ink Linguine, followed by new and traditional desserts. Assembly takes bookings from 2 to 60 people, during all opening hours.
