Connect Rugby League

Connect Rugby League, located in Nirimba, Queensland, offers an inclusive environment for individuals of all abilities to engage in rugby league, promoting socialization, life skills, and acceptance among participants. The program, supported by Queensland Rugby League and local community partners, provides modified training programs led by qualified staff and volunteers starting in April 2025.

Participants with a variety of diagnoses, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Down Syndrome, are welcome to join. The initiative aims to foster positive mental and physical health by making rugby league accessible to everyone in the Sunshine Coast region.
