Our expert coaches provide instruction and encouragement to help you get the most our of our 45-minute HIIT workouts. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are more cardio based, Where Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday are resistance based! Saturday is our famous 60 minute session that is a hybrid workout!
