The Stellarossa brand was born out of a passion for quality coffee, service excellence and delicious flavours. We aim to provide our guests with a premium experience each and every time they visit one of our cafés. Our coffee is locally roasted by our Partner Roaster, so we have complete traceability and accountability for the quality of our coffee beans, and our Baristas are trained and up-skilled via the Stellarossa Barista Pathway. Our deliciousness comes in the form of traditional cafe meals with an Italian twist, and each Stellarossa cafe's menu is tweaked to suit their local customer's wants and needs. Each Stellarossa cafe is locally owned and operated by a passionate Franchise Partner who lives and breathes their local community.
