Serving renowned Fish and Chips, gourmet house-made burgers and a delicious cafe range, the only issue you will have is choosing what to eat. We are now a Licensed premise. At Sylvan Seafood we are taking a fresh approach to traditional fish and chips methods. Cooking oil is a big part of our business and after many trials we have narrowed down a blend that is great tasting and good to cook with this is a pure cottonseed blend of oil which is filtered twice a day. As well as crumbed and battered we offer a grilled and oven baked option to prepare your fish. The grilled fish and oven baked fish can be cooked with lemons, herbs and garlic. The chips we use are an A grade chip this means only select potatoes are used in turn giving you that satisfying crunch and taste of a great chip. We also have a range of fresh salads available such as coleslaw, pasta salad, prawn salad and of course our famous garden salad to accompany your fish.
