Hi there! My name is Liam Diviney and I am a Gold Coast based Personal trainer, accredited Strength coach and Sports nutritionist. Going on a quite a journey of my own, helped me realise my passion was to help others achieve the best body and mind they’ve ever had. Consistency is key. However, there are a few other keys to your success. I use 4 simple pillars to success: training, nutrition, mindset, and accountability. It took a lot of searching high and low to realise this is the secret sauce I had been looking for to help my clients even more. I love to keep things simple when it comes to body transformations.
