THE THIRSTY BEAVER BAR & KITCHEN is locally owned and operated. The menu includes Low & Slow meats out of our Red Dirt Smoker, house made fresh Pasta, Great Burgers, Low & Slow 18hour Pork ribs, Beef short ribs, Brisket & selection of 9 Local Tap Beers. Kitchen open all day Monday to Saturday from 11am till 9pm & Sunday 11am till 3pm.
