Everyone suffers in one way or another, whether it is with habitual anger, stress, frustration, nervousness, addictions, anxiety, flighty etc. etc. At these regular retreats, the guests learn how to overcome every day life situations and change it to life full of ease and happiness. Offering 3 and 4 day retreats, 2 or 3 times per month with a maximum of 6 guests at any one time (8 guests at the meditation retreats), you are guaranteed a personal quality service.
