Casa Carboni Italian Cooking School is a family owned and operated business in the beautiful town of Angaston, South Australia. We offer weekly hands on cooking classes using the best of the Barossa's fresh produce combined with Matteo's Italian culinary heritage. Matteo migrated to Australia from northern Italy in late 2011 and opened Casa Carboni a year later. Classes run Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays commencing at 9am with coffee & cake and finishing with a long lunch. For a full list of classes & menus visit the website.
