LIMESTONE VIEW is a short walk from the centre of town and is spacious yet cosy for one or two couples, three singles or a small family. The late nineteenth century former freestone former manse, set on a hillside, has a modern limestone addition and offers three bedrooms – king-sized, queen-sized and single – and two bathrooms.Limestone View is close to Lions Pioneer Park and within walking distance of the free Naracoorte Swimming Lake and the Central Business District.A feature of this character house is the sheltered front verandah, where guests can have a barbecue, snacks or drinks and enjoy a view of some of Naracoorte’s historic churches and the town centre. There are extensive lawns, framed by native trees.The galley kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, cutlery and glasses. The adjoining dining area seats up to six.The sitting room has recliner chairs and a sofa, TV and DVD player.Limestone View’s main bathroom has a two-person spa bath, shower, vanity and WC; and the ensuite bathroom, next to the queen-sized bedroom, has a shower, vanity and WC. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning in the sitting room and all three bedrooms. A separate, self-contained laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.The star rated Limestone View is one of four properties owned and run by Naracoorte Cottages.
