Unley Concert Band

The Unley Concert Band, founded in 1997, is a prestigious A Grade wind ensemble situated in Adelaide's greenbelt suburbs. With approximately sixty members, the band is dedicated to delivering exceptional community musicianship and celebrated its 25th Anniversary in 2022.

Notable recent achievements include securing second place at the 2023 National Band Championships in Newcastle and defending their South Australian A Grade title for the twelfth consecutive year in 2024. Under the direction of principal trombonist Colin Prichard of the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, the band participates in a variety of public performances, competitions, and local events like the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant and ANZAC Day March.
