I am Sam Pang the new owner of Ding Sing here in Launceston I welcome you to our healthy and fresh range of Chinese dishes. We are the only Chinese restaurant here in Launceston who offer YUMCHA. Traditional steamed food in baskets which allows the food to stay hot while you relax and enjoy your food, drinks and conversation.
