Meet Gin(bar): A taste of Tassie from the bottom of the world, we do things a bit different down here. Our unique island life is bursting with fresh natural ingredients, like our signature native pepperberry. We love what we do and take the art of distilling seriously, leaving you to have all the fun with our gin. Our upside down bottle shows our refreshing take on gin. We make a great Classic Tassie Gin, a Citrus one and even a Pinot Noir Gin. We’ve won a few awards for it too. So raise a glass down at your local, on that sunny rooftop, or at the backyard barbie. Always served best with fresh fruit garnish, lots of ice and a bunch of friends.
