Born here in Hobart, Mr. Steven Welch is a professional Master Instructor and a dedicated chief examiner of Tae Kwon do. Master Steven set up the school 21 years ago here in Hobart. During this time he has been teaching the Tasmanian community effective self-defence Tae kwon Do.
