Tarkine Fresh Oysters has been about since 2017, but our farm has been producing award winning oysters for the past 40 Years! We sell our premium, organic oysters locally, statewide, inter-state & internationally to wholesalers, retails, restaurants & consumers. Our Café offers a wide selection of cooked and natural oysters Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 3:00pm Takeaways & 11am-2pm Café seating. For those not wanting oysters, we offer non-seafood options also. Tarkine Fresh Oysters takeaway and retail outlet is showcasing not just our famous oysters but a range of Tasmanian made food and drinks.
