The Kentish Tasmania

Our own small country pub project, renovating The Kentish Tasmania aims to help revitalise Oatlands by encouraging travellers and Tasmanians alike to hit the road, reacquaint, spend the night and explore regional areas and their beloved pubs in beloved country towns. Fundamentally a local pub is an essential place of reconnection for locals and travellers and often considered the social hub of a town. At this time of uncertainty, these connections are more important than ever. Country pubs offer more than just a meal and a bed. Instead, we envisage The Kentish Tasmania can become a central meeting place and so much more. The Kentish Tasmania will offer more than just a good meal, we hope it can become the beating heart of the Oatlands community, bringing locals and travellers together.
