ANZ

The Aviation Law Association of Australia and New Zealand (ALAANZ) was established in 1980 to promote the development of legal practices impacting the aviation industry and to facilitate the exchange of information on aviation laws. With around 300 members across Australia, New Zealand, and overseas, ALAANZ operates branches in multiple regions including New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland.

Originally known as The Aviation Law Association of Australia, the organization expanded to include New Zealand in the late 1980s and adopted its current name in 1990. ALAANZ hosts conferences and events aimed at educating its members and enhancing their understanding of the evolving legal landscape in aviation.
