Baluk Arts is an Aboriginal-owned and operated community arts centre and gallery located in Mount Eliza, Victoria, on Bunurong country. As the only facility of its kind in the southeast of Victoria, it serves as a hub for Aboriginal artists to create and share their culture with the broader community.
