With a combined love of New York, bagels, coffee and donuts Bissel B was born! We are family owned & pride ourselves on quality & service! Inspired by our family trip to New York, we have taken a little bit of the NY bagel culture and combined it with the family love for hospitality, imagination and down right delicious food. Our bagels are a little less dense than some- this is so they pair deliciously with our other ingredients. We wanted to combine what we loved about NY bagels and Melbournes foodie culture to bring to life our own contribution to Melbournes thriving Foodie lifestyle. "Bissel" is yiddish for "A little bit". And we definitely have "A Little bit" for everyone with our range of delicious bagels and sweets. We’re open 7 days a week to ensure we can fulfil your bagel & coffee cravings every day of the week!
