Our Bread is a locally supplied Traditional Sourdough Our small goods are made with Australian Meats and produced using traditional European Methods. Our Ham is Free Range Bred We use Extra Virgin Olive oil from the Mornington Peninsula We use Rice Bran oil and Butter not vegetable oil and margarine We are Fully Licensed
