Housed in the former National Bank of Australasia building, the Dimboola Imaginarium is a whimsical gift shop and accommodation. The former bank building was an emblem of Dimboola’s agricultural prosperity. Built on the site of the Oriental Bank, which failed in the late 19th century, the current redbrick building was constructed in 1909 in Renaissance-style architecture. Situated on the corner of Lochiel and Lloyd Street, the building has a bank manager’s residence and a garden with stables.
