Jack Findlay Monument

The Tamworth Truck Drivers Memorial, established in 2000 by the Tamworth Truck Drivers Club, honors the men and women who have tragically lost their lives while serving as professional drivers and those dedicated to the transport industry. With approximately 180 plaques currently on display, the site serves as a poignant reminder of their contributions and sacrifices.

Supported by a grant from the New South Wales Government in 2015, the memorial has been expanded to provide a lasting tribute to those who have been killed in the line of duty. The site not only features inscriptions dedicated to the drivers but also invites visitors to leave flowers, notes, and photographs in remembrance.
