Palm House is a charming Victorian home built in the gold rush of the 1860s. Set in an extensive English style cottage garden it was originally constructed for one of the local doctors. Located on the High Street within the historic precinct of National Trust classified Maldon, Victoria's first Notable Town, the house radiates old world charm. Recall the nostalgia of times past with ornate fireplaces and maid summoning bells. Walk through the gardens from the private car park to the house, or enter from street level at the front of the property. Four beautifully restored bedrooms await your stay. Each room contain electric blankets and electric heating for the colder months with a ceiling fan for summer. An evaporative air conditioner is available upon request.
