Phoenix Park Ballan is like a funky school camp for adults or families. With 14 rooms consisting of 6 queen bed rooms, 3 twin single bed rooms and 5 bunk rooms, we comfortably sleep up to 48 people. We also have a main hall/lounge area and a large communal kitchen complete with a commercial sized pizza oven - great for holding a group gathering. With an additional games room and lots of space.
