A Contemporary Australian restaurant positioned on the Yarra River with panoramic views of Melbourne's CBD and nestled inside a large contemporary art space filled with constantly changing artworks. Our style of cuisine is influenced by Australias cultural diversity and unprecedented access to a wide range of quality fresh ingredients and produce. Although we consider our food innovative, we pride ourselves in our foundations in traditional french cooking practices. We are a small kitchen team whom strive for culinary excellence whilst living within our means. To do this we keep our menu short and synergetic, striving to provide the freshest highest quality ingredients without compromise. As a kitchen and venue we are always thinking, always changing, always evolving.
