Nestled down the small Melbourne Place laneway in Melbourne’s CBD, Sezar was opened in 2013 by Chef Garen Maskal and cousins Aret and Sasoon Arzadian. The restaurant continues to attract local foodies, corporate customers and international visitors in a friendly atmosphere.
