The Convent is Daylesford's most iconic building. Perched on Wombat Hill, the building was a convent for 90 years before purchased by local ceramicist Tina Banitska, who renovated it, bringing it to its former grandeur. Over 4 levels you will discover art galleries, museums, a chapel, gift shop, bar and café all surrounded by beautiful gardens.
