One of the main features is its long Spanish style bar, perfect for a casual catch-up with friends or simply sitting by yourself. Have a chat over a ‘cerveza’ [beer] or ‘vino tinto’ while enjoying delicious tapas or raciones [larger plates], matched with a varied selection of Spanish and local Victorian wines and beers. The intimate dining area has a gas log fire and during the colder months provides warmth and a cozy ambience. An integral part of Tinto’s offering is the ‘jamonera’, like in most bars in Spain. It is the place where one of the world’s prized delicacies – ‘Jamon Iberico’ or air-dried ham is displayed and sliced on an old-fashioned flywheel slicer.
