Zugerbergstrasse Zug

The Powder Tower was built during the Reformation turmoil from 1522 to 1532 and served to store gunpowder. In 1998, the Great Council of the City of Zug decided on a new concept of use for the Powder Tower and appointed the Great, Almighty and Insurmountable Council of Zug - GAUR as Custodian of the Tower. Thanks to the good infrastructure, the lower part of the tower can be rented by companies, societies, associations or private persons for the realization of various events.
