In our immense «show kitchen», the preparation and cooking are live. Great American style BBQ classics are prepared with a delicious twist. Our stone oven pizza specialities with homemade dough, olive oil and tomatoes, coming directly from Italy are prepared by real pizza chefs. During the summer season, Kitchen Schweizerhof operates for dinner. It is also open for lunch, when the Terrace is closed. In the winter season it is open both, for lunch and dinner.
