Honjokko

Honjokko is a more intimate riff on Pirata Group’s celebrated, contemporary Japanese restaurant, Honjo. Expect global cuisine influences interpreted through Japanese ingredients and techniques, with Honjo fan favourites joined by an irresistible sushi selection. Honjokko was born to delight guests with artful bites, each one individually crafted to place ingredients, textures and flavour on a pedestal. Highlights on the food menu include tempting nigiri, gunkan, maki rolls, ‘no rice’ rolls, and premium sashimi. Beverages will include a selection of over 30 sakes and 100 wines from around the world, carefully curated to complement the food offering. For guests craving heartier fare, Honjokko has a selection of larger format hot and grilled items such as Wagyu beef, pork belly, barramundi and more.
