Farm to Table by Marco Leiva Furca Restaurant is the result of the vision of our Head Chef Marco Leiva, who in 2012 opened the first Farm to Table restaurant in San José, and carefully designed every detail so that customers enjoy an unforgettable experience. Our concept is based on creating a first-world experience, focused mainly on the freshness and high quality of our ingredients, without neglecting impeccable execution and customer service. We faithfully believe in generating a positive impact on our suppliers and collaborators, which is why we support small producers whose standard is the highest quality. All our processes have been created thinking about causing the least possible impact on the environment.
