Parsley Salon

Gourmet Restaurant with a very strong focus on sustainability. Set 10 course menu and a smaller 4 course Bar-Menu. We work only with local Vegetabels, Fish and Shellfish. Kitchen is both classic and modern. Parsley Salon has an extensive wineceller, but specialise in food and wine pairing. In october 2023 we won the prestigoius 10th International COPA JEREZ. Copa Jerez is the largest Food & Wine pairing in the world. In addition, Chef Allan Schultz also won the prize as "BEST CHEF". Parsley Salon have only 6 tables and emphasize all there energy on giving there guests an unforgetteble evening and experience.
