In this house with a historical mantle chimney in Kadriorg, you will find signature dishes from top chefs of Estonia. The restaurant Mantel ja Korsten is named after the beautiful mantle chimney that rests in the middle of the restaurant. The menu offers monkfish, as well as mackerel and beetroot, but the chefs consider beef hanger steak their main attraction – meat that is cooked on hot coals at 350 degrees on a Green Egg grill.
