Baltika Quarter
The Baltika quarter draws together several long standing and newer entities, making it a very promising player in the world of fashion, design and retail. At core, it is a shopping area based on a modern concept called “Fashion street”, which gathers Estonian clothing brands, has a studio for young glass artists, and acts as a creative incubator for start-up businesses, wishing to reduce risk and be competitive. The quarter also has eateries, coffee shops, flower shops and other retail outlets.
