Blau BCN is in the Eixample district in Barcelona and comes fresh from the success of its sister restaurant BLAU de Begur. The chef, Marc Roca, offers excellent Catalan cuisine in this fashionable eatery. The décor at Blau BCN is simple but welcoming, inspired by the blue seas of the nearby Costa Brava. The contemporary dining room is decorated with blue walls and black and white photos, while the Catalan menu focuses on treating ingredients with the care they deserve to maximise flavour while losing none of their intensity.
