Twenty minutes from the center of Bordeaux and twenty-five minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac airport, in the heart of the Graves, the Domaine du Pacha, mansion of the early 19th century, inhabited throughout the year by its owners, you welcomes in an exceptional setting, both for its views of the Garonne and the slopes of the Entre-deux-Mers as for its calm and tranquility. The house is surrounded by a beautiful park with trees and flowers, well maintained and fenced in which you can walk, stroll or read in discrete corners, arranged for this purpose. A small wood in particular will shelter you from the heat. A swimming pool of 17 meters, decorated in basin, will welcome your bathes. The house has benefited from a recent neat and refined restoration, the authentic furniture of the 18th and 19th century finds to harmonize with some contemporary furniture.
