La Gourmandine

La Cucùcina is a place that can only be remarked as spectacular, with its elegant decor hinting to a times of old and its measurements out of this realm and finally. Here you’ll find, a 360° view of the snowy Alps and Mont Blanc. The room is therefore worth the detour alone. A room of 10 metres under ceiling, in the centre of which stands a superb horse of about 4.5 metres high. Around, shelves on which you’ll find sculptures with ancient tunes that evoke Rinascimento’s workshop in full creativity. A decor draped in white and bathed in light, where daily, we can admire the delicate, aerial ballet of acrobats. On the plate, mountain products will fall! Originally hailing from Italy, our friendly neighbour, or sourced from local producers they are worked with much delicacy and always respected and highlighted with generosity and colour. Divine Italian charcuteries, pasta and homemade pizza of course, cheeses matured to artisan rules, plus truffle and caviar make their way to your plate.
