Regularly renovated since the original chalet, the house offers all the comfort expected of the 21st century. Family minded will reveal in the cuisine composed of past generations « Signature » dishes, and modern creations of Sophie Bise, in a friendly and competent service. Relais gourmand. The restaurant has a beautiful view and at summer time opens on a wooded terrace, facing the lake. Sophie composes her own cuisine, inspired by the season and good origin products in boldness and creativity. Menus and card are renewed 4 times a year and we will welcome you from breakfast to dinner. In February 2018, Chef Jean Sulpice was awarded 2** Michelin for his gourmet restaurant.
